Our history
DM DEVELOPERS INC. was established in 2015. It is a merger of two construction companies with a combined 30 years of experience in both commercial and residential projects. Previous two companies consisted of a general contracting firm and the other was a plumbing contractor with focus on cross connections and new construction plumbing. Today, DMD focuses on new construction as a general contractor, however, smaller projects such as additions and remodeling work are always welcome. Our main focus is our customer’s complete satisfaction. We aim to complete our projects on time and within budget. We have a very dedicated and skilled assortment of highly qualified contractors who have provided our clients with many years of quality work.
Our specialities
New construction, rehabs, buildouts and additions are not our only specialty and focus. We also proud ourselves as leaders in design and build of custom kitchens and baths. Our talented inhouse designers manage to satisfy even the most demanding and creative customers. No project is too small. Our diversity allows us to simultaneously build commercial multi-purpose structures and small residential projects without breaking focus and losing site of the smallest details. “Building” is what we do!
